Rutile

Rutile consists of wide strips of handwoven raffia inlaid to create a dynamic pattern. Their varied directions and rich tones create a vibrant, almost crystalline effect. The design takes its name from rutilated quartz – a mineral known for its light reflection and fine linear structures – and evokes a similar sense of layering and natural refinement.
